We look at properties objectively and style creatively, with the target demographic front of mind. When styling a property to sell, there are also specific considerations for traffic flows during open house inspections, as well as angles for photography.
We incorporate a mix of materials relevant the the design, era and architecture of each home we style, with all items thoughtfully sourced and considered. Artwork, decor and soft furnishings play a pivotal role in creating an emotional connection for buyers in the space and we love to showcase local creatives in our styling and support our community.
Here's how we can assist
Initial contact: Discuss your property, styling ideas and target demographic, budget and your timeline to market
Site visit: Meet you on-site and see your property, and take any required photos, measurements and notes to get the ball rolling
Quote: Present a detailed quote covering all costs, including freight and insurances, together with available install dates, and the usual t&c's
Installation: It's time for us to roll up our sleeves and do what we do best. It’s transformation time and be ready to be wowed
Photography: If you wish, we can arrange to be on hand for agent photography to make any adjustments to achieve the perfect photographs of your property or development
Refresh: For an additional fee, we can revisit the property during the course of the campaign to ensure it is continuing to look its absolute best, from install to auction
Removal: Remove items on completion of your campaign, unless of course you or your new owner wish to purchase any items…it happens!
